Work the shifts that you want, come see what it's all about! This Shift role will give YOU the flexibility to work whenever YOU can, and at a premium rate! We are looking for individuals to join our Shift Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!
As a Shift Team employee, you will have the ability to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at multiple communities within the Ohio market and will have the accessibility to pick up shifts according to your availability. This position will have the flexibility to work up to 29 hours per week.
All Shift Team employees will have access to a very user-friendly mobile app! With a few clicks, you'll be able to select the shift you want to work and click accept to confirm!

- The Ashton at Mayfield Heights (Mayfield Heights, Ohio)
- Summit Point (Macedonia, Ohio)
- Summit Corners (Macedonia, Ohio)
LPN Responsibilities include:
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the Assisted Living Facility
- Administer all medications as ordered by the physician
- Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required
- Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand to meet the nursing needs of residents. Report needs to the nursing supervisor
- Place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions
- Pulls and prepares patient charts; performs other general office duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience required
- Must be licensed as an LPN, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure
