Senior Staff Engineer - .NET

Role Description
Provide technical and thought leadership to the Technology enterprise. Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve our toughest problems.
- Develop and execute technical software development strategy for .Net and other domains.
- Hold accountability for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions.
- Utilize programming languages/databases and a variety of Azure tools and services across the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Act as a role model and mentor, helping to coach and strengthen the technical expertise and know-how of our engineering and product community.
- Influence and educate executives.
- Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
- Analyze cost and forecast, incorporating them into business plans.
- Determine and support resource requirements, evaluate operational processes, measure outcomes to ensure desired results, demonstrate adaptability, and sponsor continuous learning.
- May require pre-hire technical screen.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
- Multiple positions open.
- Salary: $195,000 to $260,000 per year.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field of study.
- Ten (10) years of experience as Software Engineer, or related occupation.
- Ten (10) years of experience with Software Development within .NET framework.
- Seven (7) years of experience with building the architecture and design of new and current systems.
- Five (5) years of experience with DevOps Concepts, Cloud Architecture, and Azure DevOps Operational Framework; and Cloud Engineering.
- Four (4) years of experience with Azure Network; and Open source frameworks or one of the following: .net Core, asp.Net, Angular, or Express.
- Three (3) years of experience with people management or team leadership experience.
