Level 3 CNC Vertical Mill Specialist (B-Shift) Full Time DIRECT LABOR Kalamazoo, MI, US Salary Range: $22.00 To $30.00 Hourly CNC Vertical Mill Specialist -- SECOND SHIFT Location: Kalamazoo, MI B-Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30PM to 1:30 AM What You'll Do: As a CNC Machinist on our team, you’ll operate and maintain high precision CNC vertical milling machines, ensuring quality and efficiency for every part you produce. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC 3 & 4 axis vertical milling machines Inspect with precision using calipers, micrometers, and other tools Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T documentation Keep your station clean, organized, and optimized for production Maintain top‑notch quality standards in every part you produce What We’re Looking For: This role isn’t for everyone — it’s for those who take pride in doing things right and doing them well. Minimum 2 years of CNC operation experience Familiarity with high‑speed machinery and mechanical measurements Solid understanding of geometric tolerancing (GD&T) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics Strong communication skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team Physical stamina — able to walk/stand for full shift #J-18808-Ljbffr
