Position Description Location: Overland Park, KS Position: The Ecommerce / Digital Sales Merchandiser is responsible for managing product content, digital merchandising, and assortment optimization across the company\'s ecommerce channels, including retail partner websites, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer platforms. This individual will identify market opportunities, be responsible for managing online product catalogs, optimizing customer experience, and driving sales through effective merchandising strategies. Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and retail partner websites. Manage product setup, categorization, collections, and merchandising. Maintain product attributes, specifications, imagery, videos, and enhanced content. Ensure content accuracy and consistency across all sales channels. Coordinate new item setup and product launches with retail partners. Content & Marketing Support Create and update website, email, and social content to support product launches and campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing team to align merchandising and promotional strategies. Implement basic SEO best practices for product pages and collections. Support content creation and asset management across digital channels. Values & Skills Successful candidates will demonstrate the following: Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively Extremely organized and demonstrate attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Ecommerce, merchandising, digital marketing, or retail account management experience Experience managing product content and merchandising across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and other ecommerce marketplaces Proactive, able to work quickly and meet tight deadlines High degree of flexibility and drive to see projects through to completion Self-motivated with ability to stay on task without supervision Requirements To perform the responsibilities of this position, candidates must fulfill the requirements below: Legal authorization to work in the US Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields 1-4 years related experience Basic understanding of SEO and ecommerce best practices Proficient computer skills using Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Pay and Benefits Our benefits are some of the best that companies offer in the area.
