Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in St. Petersburg, FL, with the option to perform some responsibilities from home. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and presenting advertising solutions that align with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing proposals, managing account details, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, following up on leads, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication. Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities. Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to client needs. Proficiency in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects and nurturing them through the sales pipeline. Experience in Account Management, maintaining ongoing relationships and managing renewals or upsell opportunities. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly. Comfort using CRM systems and basic sales productivity tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, spreadsheets). Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration in St. Petersburg, FL with independent work from home. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. Prior experience in media, advertising, or marketing sales is beneficial.
