Key Responsibilities\n

• Partner with community organizations and agencies to coordinate comprehensive services, advocating for clients' needs and facilitating access to necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families who are dealing with complex social issues, including but not limited to those experiencing homelessness, domestic violence survivors, individuals struggling with substance abuse, and those living in poverty. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
