Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $1,876 per week

Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift in Long Term Acute Care (LTC) – Charleston, West Virginia. Travel assignment starting ASAP for 13 weeks, 36 hours per week (3x12 hour nights). Employment type: travel. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, forming the basis of individualized care plans. Identify patient and family education needs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Participate in the patient rehabilitation program and ensure effective delivery of patient care through the nursing process. Initiate discharge planning upon patient admission and communicate pertinent information regarding patient status effectively. Supervise and provide training to ancillary nursing personnel, prioritizing patient and staff safety. Contribute to a positive unit environment through team collaboration and calm direction during patient care. Qualifications Current RN license. BLS certification required prior to first shift. ACLS certification required prior to first shift (CIRH ONLY) for applicable positions. Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience.
