Overview Join our team as a Clinical Supervisor and use your experience and expertise in program consulting and oversight of assigned service lines in collaboration with program managers, practice managers, and administrative designees. Responsibilities Provide individual and group clinical supervision Review treatment plans and progress notes to ensure clinical services are appropriate with the patient’s level of care needs and diagnosis. Provide clinical direction for staff. Sign off documentation of new staff. Assist with clinical audit processes. Maintain positive relationships with referral sources. Assist with evaluating patient satisfaction. Complete intakes for admission to services. Provide direct service to identified patients as needed. Develop and maintain professional communication Communicate openly, honestly, and constructively. Treat all employees, patients, and referral staff with dignity, respect, and courtesy. Take responsibility for resolving communication, trust, and respect concerns and problems. Readily request clarification of job responsibilities. Complete supervisory responsibilities Coordinate with Program Manager regarding staff disciplinary issues and initiate and monitor disciplinary actions. Supervise individuals who provide direct services. Work with Program Manager to provide overall clinical direction of program services. Assign and direct caseloads. Monitor staff work schedules to ensure patients receive the required level of services. Complete staff performance evaluations. Submit reports required by referral sources. Maintain clinical responsibilities Complete emergency evaluations as needed. Complete intake evaluations as needed. Ensure PAs are completed. Update treatment plans as needed. Complete CANS/ANSA assessments as needed. Meet productivity expectations determined by program and budget requirements. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. Full license in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT). 2‑4 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Therapist. CANS/ANSA SuperUser certification.
