Accounts payable specialist

Randstad is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-growing tech and financial services firm in Las Vegas. Working directly within a dynamic accounting team, you will manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment disbursements, and expense tracking.

This is an excellent temporary-to-hire opportunity for a tech-savvy accounting professional looking to secure a permanent role within a rapidly expanding, market-leading organization.

salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and send out high volume of bills of sales.
• Prepare and process high volume of payments via check and ACH payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies by working directly with customers and collaborating with internal teams.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment status and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions, adjustments and approvals for audit purposes and compliance with company policies.
• The ability to reconcile accounts between several internal operation systems
• Payment posting (A/R)
• Assists in the month end close and other Accounts Payable and Accounting duties as needed.
