We are looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to join our team and help us shape the voice of a modern law firm and make a lasting impact. The role is ideal for a mid-level communications professional with strong strategic thinking, excellent writing skills in Greek and English, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging and purposeful content. The Corporate Communications Manager will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications and work closely with the Marketing & Communications team, partners, lawyers and business services colleagues on a wide range of communications, content, brand and stakeholder engagement projects. Main purpose of the role The role will support the development and implementation of the firm’s communications strategy, with a focus on corporate communications, content development, internal and external messaging, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement. The Corporate Communications Manager will Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm’s annual communications strategy and plan. Draft, edit and adapt high-quality content for different audiences, formats and channels, including website copy, newsletters, announcements, thought leadership material, social media content, presentations and internal communications. Work closely with partners, lawyers and internal teams to understand their communications needs and develop clear and effective messaging. Ensure consistency of tone of voice, messaging and brand identity across communication materials and platforms. Support internal communications initiatives that enhance engagement, alignment and firm culture. Support digital communications, including website updates, social media content and online campaigns. Contribute to the preparation of communication and business development materials, including credentials, profiles and presentations. Coordinate legal directories, awards and rankings submissions, including drafting, project coordination and liaison with external providers. Support selected media relations activities where needed, ensuring alignment with the firm’s communications strategy. Desired profile The ideal candidate should have: 8–10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, content, PR, marketing communications or a related field. Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal, with proven ability to produce high-quality content in English. Strong copywriting, editing and storytelling skills. Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach. Strong understanding of corporate communications, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail. Sound judgment, discretion and professionalism. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint. A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business or another relevant field. Experience in an international environment, studies or work experience abroad, and familiarity with professional services or the legal sector will be considered an advantage.
