Location: Richfield, WI
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience
Are you an experienced CMM Programmer with strong inspection and quality assurance skills? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to support CNC machining operations by programming CMM equipment, performing First Article Inspections (FAIs), and ensuring products meet customer and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS software.
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) and complete AS-9102 documentation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot dimensional inspection issues to ensure product compliance.
- Conduct manual inspections using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to establish inspection methods and improve processes.
- Inspect purchased materials and components for quality compliance.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of CMM programming experience using PC-DMIS .
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- 2–5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and AS-9102 requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in CNC machining or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ITAR, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Experience with Brown & Sharpe CMM equipment is a plus.
