Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Virginia, with ASHA CCCs required
• Experience delivering telepractice or virtual SLP services strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process and comfortable managing IEP documentation online
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and technology skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions and monitor student progress via teletherapy platforms
• Complete IEP paperwork and maintain accurate documentation
• Consult and collaborate regularly with school teams and families
• Offer professional recommendations and contribute to virtual IEP meetings
