Work You’ll Do As a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for supporting ServiceNow development and integration efforts that enable federal procurement workflows. Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, automations, scripts, forms, tables, and custom applications that support procurement-related processesDevelop and support integrations with systems such as APMS, DFAS, and WAWF using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server capabilitiesImplement approval routing, escalation logic, data mappings, and synchronization utilities to improve process consistency and data qualityBuild reports and dashboards that improve operational visibility into workflow activity and performanceTroubleshoot defects, support testing and deployment activities, and document technical configurations, enhancements, and solution updates A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work product The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, tables, and scripts2+ years of experience using JavaScript in ServiceNow or a comparable workflow platform2+ years of experience building integrations using Representational State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Integration Hub, or MID Server1+ years of experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow or a comparable platform1+ years of experience supporting testing, deployment, and defect resolution for enterprise applicationsActive Secret Clearance RequiredAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $188,400.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
