Associate Attorney
A prestigious and growing personal injury law firm in Tampa, FL is seeking a Florida-licensed Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of experience to handle pre-litigation claims and litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have strong civil litigation and personal injury experience, with trial experience preferred. Spanish proficiency, competitive sports experience, and prior sales experience are also preferred.
A prestigious and rapidly growing personal injury law firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking a dedicated Florida licensed associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our team and assist in handling pre-litigation claims and litigation cases. Our firm is committed to providing clients with the highest level of service, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference for our clients and contributing to the firm as a whole.
Responsibilities:
Manage an active caseload of pre-litigation and litigation cases with the support of a dedicated team.
Effectively work up cases and negotiate settlements.
Maintain a detail-oriented, outcome-focused approach to achieve the best results for clients.
Application Process:

- Civil litigation experience
- Personal injury legal experience
- Trial experience
- History of playing organized, competitive sports from high school onward
- Prior sales experience with minimum sales targets
- Conversational and written Spanish proficiency, especially if fluent
- Qualified applicants will be sent a follow-up email with a brief sample writing assignment.
- Start date is ASAP but will work with any notice requirements you need to give to current employers.
