Event Sponsorship & Logistics Manager

Our client in the tech space is seeking an experienced Event Sponsorship Manager to support their global events team. This role will lead sponsor logistics, exhibit hall execution, and operational coordination for a large-scale hosted conference and global events.

Event Sponsorship ManagerResponsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, managing pre-event and on-site logistics, booth setup, and deliverables
- Support planning and on-site execution of the exhibit hall alongside the Event Manager
- Oversee sponsorship logistics, including contract management and invoice processing
- Track and ensure fulfillment of all sponsorship deliverables
- Assist with global event operations and cross-regional coordination

Event Sponsorship Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of event management experience
- Proven experience managing or supporting exhibit halls for large corporate conferences
- Strong financial management skills (invoicing, contracting, tracking)
- Experience with global event logistics or international coordination preferred
- Based in or able to work from Austin, TX (preferred)
- Availability to travel and attend conference in Austin, TX (October 1-6)

 

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
