We are looking for a detail-oriented Buyer to support purchasing operations for a growing organization in Southborough, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position focuses on managing procurement-related activities, maintaining accurate invoicing and purchase order records, and contributing to special assignments that support daily business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively across administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Process and review invoices to help ensure accurate and timely payment activity.
• Create, track, and update purchase orders while maintaining complete procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve order, billing, and supply-related issues.
• Monitor purchasing records for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies as needed.
• Support additional projects assigned by leadership that align with procurement and operational goals.
• Maintain organized files and reports related to buying activity to support audits and business review needs.• Experience working in a buyer, purchasing, or procurement support role.
• Ability to manage invoicing, purchase orders, and related administrative records with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for working with vendors and cross-functional internal teams.
• Proficiency with business systems and databases, including EHR platforms, McKesson, AHLTA, and IBM AS/400.
• Background in Health Information Management or a healthcare-related operational environment is preferred.
