Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique situation and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals for recovery.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address mental health challenges and improve client well-being.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning meetings with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and counselors, to provide holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies to foster understanding and support.

• Stay current on new research, trends, and legal issues in the mental health field to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on supporting individuals who are undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders, along with those facing co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
