Sales Representative - AMR & Industrial Automation

About the Role We are seeking a Sales Representative to grow our AMR business, with additional opportunities to sell industrial automation equipment. The role is based in Plano, Texas, in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with an initial focus on customers in Texas. You will develop new accounts, understand customer needs, and work with our engineering team to turn opportunities into successful projects. Experience with AMRs, robotics, industrial equipment, or manufacturing is highly valued. Strong professional English is required, and Spanish proficiency is a plus. Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers for AMRs and industrial automation equipment. Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and partner relationships. Build relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, manufacturing engineers, purchasing teams, and business owners. Visit factories and warehouses to understand material flow, operational challenges, and automation opportunities. Present Bayro’s products and explain their business value, including productivity improvements and return on investment. Coordinate demonstrations, site assessments, and technical discussions with our engineering team. Prepare proposals and quotations with internal support, ensuring that customer requirements and project scope are clearly defined. Manage follow-ups, commercial negotiations, and opportunities through to purchase orders. Coordinate with engineering and delivery teams to support a smooth transition after a sale. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts. Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional robots or automation equipment. Required Qualifications Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a relevant customer-facing industrial role. Strong professional English communication skills, including presentations, business correspondence, and customer negotiations. Ability to prospect independently, build relationships, and manage a sales pipeline. Ability to learn technical products and explain their practical and financial value to customers. Strong listening, follow-up, negotiation, and organizational skills. Comfortable working with technical teams and visiting manufacturing and warehouse environments. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling AMRs, AGVs, robotics, material handling systems, or industrial automation equipment. A background in manufacturing, factory operations, industrial engineering, or industrial equipment sales. Experience with consultative sales involving site assessments, technical proposals, and multiple decision-makers. An established network of manufacturing or industrial customers, particularly in Texas. Experience working with system integrators, distributors, or automation partners. A track record of developing new accounts and achieving sales targets. Professional Spanish proficiency for communicating with Spanish-speaking customers and partners. Experience serving customers or developing business in Mexico. Direct AMR sales experience is preferred but not required.
