Client Operations Analyst - Non Exempt

Retail Margin Department Role

The Retail Margin Department services our clients by reviewing accounts daily for firm and regulatory compliance with Client Rule 4210, Regulation T of Client Board and SEC rules. This role supports lending operations, product development, system automation, client service, escalation handling, and daily tasks.

Required Experience:

• Build strong relationships with operational teams and our clients
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Regulation T / Client 4210 and firm policies
• Leverage interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution
• Deliver high-quality customer service and provide daily support to firm's clients
• Identify risks and exposures that may require escalation
• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to connect the dots
• Customer service experience preferred
• Quick learner and effective problem-solving skills

Additional Information:

• Duration: 6 month contract opportunity
• Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in Lake Mary, FL office
• Rate Range: $20-25/hr. W2 (based on experience)
