HR Business Partner

Walser Automotive Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Kia Minnetonka dealership. In this role, you’ll partner closely with dealership leadership to align people strategies with a customer-first, one-price sales model. You’ll lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, while championing Walser’s culture of integrity, transparency, and teamwork. You will guide training and career development, ensure compliance with employment laws, and use HR metrics to improve engagement, retention, and operational effectiveness in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.
