We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales & Client Experience Supervisor to lead by example, inspire a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives on developing others, and understands that lasting client relationships are the foundation of a successful luxury retail business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the sales floor by setting the standard for exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and sales performance.
• Personally drive sales by confidently engaging customers, identifying their needs, and closing sales.
• Build lasting relationships with clients that encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate Sales Associates to strengthen selling techniques, increase confidence, and exceed sales goals.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing feedback and accountability.
• Lead daily sales initiatives and create a culture focused on results and exceptional service.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting and enhancing the Just Fabulous brand.
• Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies, promotional events, and exclusive celebrity appearances.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and support daily business operations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment built on accountability and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in luxury retail, boutique retail, specialty retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused sales environment.
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals while coaching others to do the same.
• Strong leadership skills with the confidence to motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A polished, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Position Details

• Shifts generally range from 6 to 8 hours , depending on business needs.
• Scheduling, advancement, compensation opportunities, and continued employment are directly influenced by leadership effectiveness, sales performance, reliability, customer experience, and overall contribution to the business.
