Recruiter

Sequoia Financial Group Llc is seeking an experienced recruiter to run end-to-end hiring and support the growth of the team through strong sourcing and candidate management. Responsibilities Partner with managers to understand hiring needs for each role and support competitive hiring goals Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple open positions, from intake through hiring and retention support Build and maintain high-touch relationships with qualified active and passive candidates for future openings Develop, refine, and execute recruiting strategies to improve pipeline quality Source talent using job boards, social networks, and online platforms; plan, create, and publish job descriptions and announcements Collaborate with internal management teams to align on departmental hiring needs Use multiple recruiting sources and recruiting strategies to identify strong candidates Support employment branding initiatives, including maintaining the company careers site in coordination with marketing Maintain behavioral-based interview guides and prepare hiring managers to effectively use interview questions Screen resumes and candidates, qualify prospects, conduct interviews, and manage candidate progress through the interview process Assist with offer preparation and final offer negotiation support Track interview status and update records in internal systems (ADP) Maintain offer letter templates and facilitate the creation of offers Requirements Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of recruiting experience Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Proven ability to recruit passive candidates Ability to quickly learn the financial services industry Knowledge of multiple compensation plans and ability to explain compensation to candidates Experience building rapport with senior-level candidates Experience conducting interviews including phone and video Advanced knowledge of job boards/internet search, HR recruiting platforms, and candidate management systems Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks with minimal oversight while meeting deadlines and maintaining detail Comfort working in a fast-paced environment managing 7-12 open roles concurrently in a team setting Technologies ADP Job boards Social networks LinkedIn Recruiter HR recruiting platforms Candidate management systems Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting financial professionals (banking, brokerage, RIA) Experience recruiting passive candidates Interest in professional growth and joining a rapidly growing financial services organization Knowledge and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Knowledge of ADP Recruiting platform Location: Dublin, OH (onsite) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sequoia Financial Group Llc
