The ideal candidate will have previous automotive dealership parts management experience and a proven track record of improving department performance, controlling inventory, and developing a strong team culture. What You’ll Do Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department Lead and develop a team of 2 Parts Counter Professionals and 1 Driver Maintain proper inventory levels and stocking strategies Monitor inventory turns, obsolescence, and gross profit performance Support the service department with timely and accurate parts fulfillment Build and maintain wholesale parts business opportunities Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, and inventory controls Analyze department reports and implement strategies to improve profitability Maintain manufacturer and dealership standards Qualifications Previous Dealership Parts Manager experience required Mazda experience preferred but not required Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations and inventory management Experience managing parts personnel and department performance Understanding of wholesale and retail parts sales Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong computer and dealership management system experience What We Offer #J-18808-Ljbffr
