Job Summary:

The HR Generalist/Recruiter is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Human Resources. The HR Generalist provides professional-level support in acheiving facility and departmental goals and objectives. This role supports multiple areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, retention initiatives, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

The HR Generalist/Recruiter is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources with employee relations matters, managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding (sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, coordinatoring new hire orientation, mainintaing employee files, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3 - 5 years of work related experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or related field, with 1 - 3 years of work related experience.
    • Healthcare environment is a plus.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Preferred: HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-CP).
