Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Tue: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Wed: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Thu: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Fri: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Sat: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Sun: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including supporting de‑escalation efforts and notifying appropriate personnel when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, and perimeter grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and/or reporting concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Assist with routine incident reporting, policy adherence, and communication during medical, behavioral, and/or facility‑related events as directed by site protocols. Minimum Requirements: Be 21+ years of age. Lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
