Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy , a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder , and other neurodiverse needs. About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through:

• Providing individualized and group therapy
• Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
• Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Total Compensation: $102,000-111,000 which includes:
  • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
  • Competitive Salary: $80,000-$85,000
