Descripcin del Puesto:
El Tcnico de Planta Externa ser responsable de apoyar en la ejecucin de proyectos de infraestructura en campo, contribuyendo a la instalacin, mantenimiento y desarrollo de sistemas elctricos y de telecomunicaciones. Este rol implica trabajo fsico en exteriores y colaboracin directa con equipos tcnicos y de supervisin para asegurar el cumplimiento eficiente y seguro de los proyectos en Puerto Rico y las Islas Vrgenes.
Responsabilidades Principales:
El candidato deber dirigir el trfico en reas de trabajo para garantizar la seguridad del personal y del pblico; asistir en labores de excavacin y preparacin de terreno; apoyar en la colocacin e instalacin de sistemas elctricos y de telecomunicaciones; colaborar en la coordinacin logstica de materiales, equipos y herramientas; y realizar labores generales de construccin y mantenimiento segn sea requerido en diversos proyectos. Asimismo, deber cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad ocupacional y procedimientos operativos establecidos por la empresa.
Requisitos:
Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar en exteriores bajo diversas condiciones climticas y para viajar a distintos proyectos dentro de Puerto Rico y las Islas Vrgenes. Se valorar experiencia previa en construccin, telecomunicaciones o electricidad, aunque no es estrictamente necesaria. El candidato debe tener capacidad para seguir instrucciones tcnicas, trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a entornos de trabajo dinmicos. Licencia de conducir vigente es preferida.

El puesto requiere esfuerzo fsico, manejo de herramientas bsicas y trabajo en horarios variables segn las necesidades del proyecto. Se ofrecer compensacin competitiva acorde a la experiencia, as como oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la organizacin.
