Oak Forest Complete Dental is growing, and we’re excited to add a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to our long-standing, patient-focused team!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment
• Schedule and manage patient appointments to maintain a productive, full schedule
• Confirm appointments via phone, text, or email
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and records
• Assist patients with intake forms and ensure all documentation is complete
• Verify and update insurance information
• Submit insurance claims and handle outstanding insurance AR
• Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients
• Collect payments and perform basic accounting tasks
• Educate patients on treatment plans and payment solutions
• Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly
• Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area

Qualifications

• 6+ months of dental front desk/reception experience required
• Prior experience with:
• Insurance verification & claims
• Treatment planning & case acceptance
• Patient scheduling and coordination
• Dental terminology and records management
• Experience with Dentrix software preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Bilingual is a plus

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month)
