Position – Machine Operator

Job Location – Muskego, WI

Starting Date – Immediate,

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday (5:00am – 3:30pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20/hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

-Operate automatic spring coiling machine and perform basic inspections, stop and/or shut off machine

-Perform quality checks to ensure product meets customers’ specifications, as well as achieve production rate and quality standards. · -Operate more than one machine (simultaneously).

-Perform preventive maintenance on equipment

-Read router for all inside service instructions

-Pack parts in container using a scale to weigh, count, and place proper quantity into containers

-Operate shot blaster and parts tumblers as well as demag and vibratory equipment

-Other duties assigned

Qualifications

-HS Diploma/GED required

-1-4 years related experience and/or training

-Able to use hand tools, micrometers, calipers, electronic tester, and other tools

-Has previous Lean Manufacturing experience
