Disputes Lead — Fraud & Payments Operations (TRIPS Expert)

Heitmeyer Consulting

A financial consulting firm is seeking a skilled Disputes Lead to support operations in handling fraud cases involving Debit Cards, ACH, Zelle, and Checks. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience leading disputes, a strong understanding of the TRIPS platform, and regulatory expertise, particularly in Reg E. Responsibilities include operational support and collaboration with Fraud Operations and Payment Technology teams.
