Attorney - Litigation Professional Track

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 practice in Raleigh. This non-partnership track position is part of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. Duties Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals. Produce high-quality work and respond to correspondence promptly. Meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Comply with firm policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality in a law firm environment. Requirements Admitted to the California bar and the bar of the jurisdiction where you reside. Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm. Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus. California state court experience is advantageous. Previous federal clerkship is beneficial. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications Bar admission in California and local jurisdiction. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
