Lead Sales Rep

What You’ll Do: * Drive membership sales and follow up with leads via phone, text, and email * Conduct studio tours and intro class sales presentations * Serve as a leader and mentor for the sales team * Support the General Manager in executing sales strategies and team training * Promote retail, private training, and upsells to increase studio revenue * Ensure data accuracy and follow-up tracking in Club Ready software * Deliver a top-tier experience to every prospect and member What We’re Looking For: * Previous sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred) * Strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills * Proven track record of exceeding sales goals * Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented * Passionate about fitness and wellness * Experience using Club Ready is a plus What You’ll Get: * Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission * 32–40 hours per week * Discounts on retail and special promotions * Real opportunities for growth within the company Why Club Pilates North Houston?
