CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a Revenue Cycle Specialist/Self-Pay Representative at our corporate billing department in Center City, Philadelphia, PA. Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign-on bonus.* Responsibilities:- Review and process accounts receivable, as assigned, on a timely basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of all payments for various insurances.
- Communicate with patients via phone regarding their accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience posting insurance payments and/or accounts receivable in a health care setting.
- Must have the ability to multitask.
- Computer knowledge is a must.
- Experience with Centricity/GPMS is a plus.
- Knowledge of payer websites is a plus.
- Must be well spoken, friendly, and outgoing.
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
