Job Title: Credentials Coordinator (Contract – 13 Weeks)
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90033 (White Memorial LA – Onsite, North Building 1st Floor)
Pay Rate: $1,326 – $1,495
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Onsite)
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Manages credentialing lifecycle (initial, reappointment, privileging)
Performs primary source verification and file maintenance
Ensures credentialing files are complete, accurate, and timely
Supports provider onboarding (training, access, orientation, badging)
Maintains medical staff database and updates records
Applies Joint Commission standards and medical staff bylaws
Coordinates evaluations, proctoring, and privileging activities
Maintains strict confidentiality of provider data
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
3+ years medical staff/credentialing experience in acute care required
Knowledge of Joint Commission standards required
HLFS certification required
CPCS/CPMSM preferred
Compliance with required vaccinations (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
