We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Dual-Certified PMHNP/FNPs, FNPs, and Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Merrillville, IN .

\n

\n

Dual-Certified PMHNP/FNPs will provide psychiatric and medical care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ongoing care, and H&P examinations. Providers will see psychiatric patients daily and address medical needs at admission and as needed throughout the stay.

\n

\n

PA-Cs may apply if comfortable managing both psychiatric and medical care, including psychiatric care and H&P examinations. Providers will see psychiatric patients daily and address medical needs at admission and as needed throughout the stay.

Required Qualifications

• PMHNP/FNP dual certification, FNP, or PA-C
\n
• Active Indiana (IN) license
\n
• Active DEA license
\n
