Assistant Community Manager

HACFL’s Property Management Department is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a LIHTC apartment community in the Fort Lauderdale area. In this role, you’ll assist the Community Manager with daily property operations, including staff management, compliance, marketing, leasing, renewals, collections, and financial reporting. We’re looking for someone with an outgoing personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 2–3 years of property management or leasing experience preferred. Project-Based Section 8 and Tax Credit experience preferred. Computer literacy required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Yardi 7, Elevate, or Yardi 8 experience strongly preferred.
