Salesforce Platform Administrator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing organization, the full-time Salesforce Platform Administrator will own the Salesforce ecosystem, manage platform enhancements, and collaborate with various business units to align technology with organizational goals in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Serve as the key owner of the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that enhance business processes Configure and support Salesforce solutions, including integrations and troubleshooting complex issues Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in complex business environments Experience with Salesforce CRM environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Healthcare Cloud Demonstrated expertise in Flow Builder, Validation Rules, and Reporting & Dashboards Experience supporting or partnering with Marketing teams utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
