If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy working with tight tolerances, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a clean, organized environment.

What Youll Do:

Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to established procedures.
Review and interpret blueprints and programs to ensure accuracy.
Troubleshoot and break in new products and programs, checking for tool and fixture clearance.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections, making adjustments as needed.
Follow 6S guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work area.

What Were Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of CNC lathe experience in aerospace or similar precision environment.
Ability to work within tight tolerances (+/- .001) and established parameters.
Skilled in using bore gages, Johnson gages, pitch mics, and indicators for setting work offsets.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
