Pay: $22 - $35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - Finish
• Overtime:
  • Saturdays: 1.5x pay
  • Sundays: 2.0x pay
• Weekend work is limited but available depending on project needs

Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking motivated Construction General Laborers to join a growing civil contractor specializing in underground pipe laying and site preparation for new construction projects. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering consistent work throughout Central Pennsylvania and strong career growth potential.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with underground utility installation , including pipe laying, trenching, and grading
• Support site preparation for commercial and civil construction projects
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Work alongside operators and skilled trades on active job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of construction labor experience (civil/site work preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks , such as digging trenches and lifting heavy materials
• Reliable transportation to report to the shop in York, PA or directly to job sites

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
