Provides social work service up to and including discharge for patients requiring those services. Assists client in obtaining available community, State or Federal services.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Social Work.Current Kansas Social Worker LicenseMinimum 1 year Social Work experience in a Health Care setting.Auto liability insurance.Clean driving record.Current driver's license.Must be able to successfully pass KDADS criminal record check upon hire.Must register with and successfully pass the Family Care Safety Registry upon hire.
