Detailed Job Description
As a Specialized Domain Consultant we expect you to play a SME Lead role, where you will use the expertise to guide the testing team, review test strategy with QM team members and help them in refining the strategy further. You will review Test Scenario and test results. You will collaborate with Client, stakeholders and vendors to ensure project environment is available as needed. You will perform SIT, UAT. You will monitor Defect fixes and plan the "Go-live" activities such as Implementation Plan, Release processes, Release approvals to ensure that there are no issues to move the changes to production environment in planned time. Qualifications

Basic

At least 8 years of domain and SIT functional/automation test experience in Commercial lending domain.
Key skills

Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, leadership skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Good Stakeholder management & onsite/offshore coordination
Good analytical skill to analyze and find the root cause.
Experience with Agile methodology- Well versed in using HP ALM / JIRA as a testing tool.
Domain / Product expertise: Extensive hands on, functional experience and understanding on

Must have working experience in Commercial Lending Domain
Must have minimum 5 years of working experience in Loan IQ with good knowledge loan IQ functional model.
Should have a strong understanding of commercial lending origination and servicing lifecycle.
Must have working experience in test planning, design and test execution of SIT, UAT and E2E testing
Experience of API, data and report validation
Experience of product upgrade, migration and modernization program is preferred.
Well acquainted with Test and Defect management process including but not limited to strategy, estimation and scheduling.

Preferred skill

Experience in using Selenium (Java/Python) or Eggplant for automation testing.

Daily Responsibility:

Define, review, and acquire sign off on the E2E SIT strategy
Develop execution Plan, runbook for e2E SIT and conduct aware/review session with all stakeholders including interfacing upstream/downstream technical teams.
Ensure all teams are aligned on execution and provide explicit confirmation on availability to support any E2E SIT
Review P2P SIT testing plan, result and provide feedback and assess opportunity to reuse in E2E SIT
Work with automation team build necessary scripts for test data setup, baseline lending scenarios development.
Coordinate E2E SIT execution, to ensure test data, environment, test executed and defects are managed to minimize and delay in execution or missing SIT completion
Share daily, weekly and test cycle execution and defect summary with relevant stakeholders
Document Test Closure report for SIT, seek approval recommended stakeholders.
Document and publish outstanding bugs, unexecuted tests and any risk for approval to move to UAT test phase
Provide Technical and Data support for E2E UAT execution
