Lateral Partner or Counsel - Technology & Outsourcing - Remote

Our client is a top mid-sized firm, seeking a Lateral Partner for its established Technology & Outsourcing Practice Group. This position can be fully remote from anywhere in the U.S. Some portable business is required. The T&O practice handles cutting-edge work in emerging technologies, including IoT, AI, open-source licensing, social media, and e-commerce. The firm is known for its collegial culture, financial growth, and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technology and outsourcing transactions, including SaaS agreements, business process and IT outsourcing arrangements.
Excellent contract drafting and negotiating skills.
Knowledge of data privacy and/or security standards a plus.
Modest portable business [$250k+].
Ability to hit the ground running, with excellent interpersonal skills and desire to work within a collaborative team.
