Accounts Payable Specialist

Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year Is this your perfect fit? Do you enjoy owning the accounts payable process and ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time? Are you comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with structured processes and tight deadlines? If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like: Process vendor invoices accurately, including three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Review invoices for proper approval, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies. Resolve discrepancies by working closely with purchasing, warehouse teams, and vendors. Prepare and issue vendor payments via ACH, wire, and check according to agreed terms. Support month?end close activities, including accruals, cut-off procedures, and aging reports.
