Daily Responsibilities: Manage full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Prepare journal entries and maintain financial statements Complete month-end close procedures Conduct balance sheet reconciliations Process cash applications and reconcile accounts Required Skills: Experience with 1099 forms and GAAP Knowledge of non-profit accounting principles Ability to perform account reconciliations Proficiency in accounting software Strong understanding of balance sheets and financial statements Full Cycle Accounts Receivable QuickBooks ProAdvisor Tax Research Sales & Use Tax Tax Compliance General Ledger Year End Closing Monthly Accounting Close General Ledger Reconciliations Nice to Have Skills: Experience with revenue recognition Knowledge of wire transfers and depreciation Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $39,770.00 Maximum Salary: $56,850.00 Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Company Information: General Equipment & Supply specializes in providing new, remanufactured, and reconditioned tools and equipment for various applications including conduit bending, cable pulling, pipe threading, lifting, rigging, welding, and material handling.
