What You Will Do
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure systems to support scalable applications.
- Oversee the deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters for high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate PyTorch into existing workflows, enhancing machine learning capabilities.
- Establish best practices for infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles, with a strong engineering leadership background.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes for orchestration and management of containerized applications.
- Experience with PyTorch or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Compensation and Benefits
