About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Mason City, Iowa, 50401!

Job Title

RN - Med/Surg/Tele (Registered Nurse - Telemetry)

Location

Mason City, IA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Every third weekend rotation | Every other holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and cardiac rhythms
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact license eligibility
• Experience in Med/Surg and/or Telemetry nursing
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry/cardiac monitoring
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
