Urgent need candidate for the below requirement on W2 basis ServiceNow Technical Consultant Seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions and provide technical guidance to customers. Must Have:
- ServiceNow CSA Certification Mandatory
- Strong ServiceNow implementation experience
- Technical architecture & solution design
- Customer-facing consulting/workshops
- Requirements gathering & technical documentation
- Troubleshooting, testing & technical escalations
- ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities
- Experience mentoring junior consultants
- Basic understanding of AI tools/concepts
- Travel: Up to 50%
