Production Supervisor Needed- Kansas City, MO (Please note if you are viewing this posting on an external job board, unless specifically stated in the posting, the provided hourly/salary estimates may not be accurate as they are not provided by CKS.) CKS Packaging is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our blow molding department. The production supervisor will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to meet safety, production, and operational goals. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency. Train, lead, and develop production team members. Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain optimal machine performance and product quality. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Qualifications 3+ years Production Supervising experience Hands‑on, practical experience with blow molding of rigid plastic containers, is a plus but not required Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
