Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients to evaluate strength, mobility, and functional limitations, ensuring individualized treatment approaches. Develop and implement effective treatment plans that cater to each patient's specific needs, adjusting strategies based on ongoing evaluations and progress tracking. Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery, including manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare standards and organizational protocols. Educate patients and their families about exercises, tools, and techniques to enhance recovery at home and foster independence. Patient Population / Client Focus In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will encounter a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Our holistic approach focuses on enhancing each patient’s unique recovery journey, ensuring they receive the absolute best in tailored care. Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is essential, along with current Florida state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure. At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient settings is required, showcasing your ability to apply clinical knowledge effectively. Solid interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, along with excellent time management abilities. Preferred Experience Experience with a range of treatment modalities including but not limited to dry needling, sports rehab, and neurological rehabilitation will be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation processes to maintain accurate patient records. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
