Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic school-based setting supporting students as a licensed Occupational Therapist. This is a contract opportunity located near Charlotte, NC, running from August 2026 through June 2027 (tentative), with full-time hours at 37.5 per week. Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active North Carolina OT license is required
• Previous experience performing occupational therapy services in a K-12 school environment, with expertise in developing and implementing IEPs
• Familiarity with ECATS for documentation and case management
• Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills when working alongside educators and families
• Comfortable providing services to a diverse caseload across various school locations
• Proficient with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom for interviewing and, when needed, remote collaboration

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based occupational therapy services tailored to students’ educational and functional needs
• Conduct assessments, design individualized intervention plans, and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and advocating for necessary supports
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and school guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes within an educational environment
